Welcome to the Faces of PSI series!

At PSI, we embrace and support the diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives of our team. We strongly believe this diversity leads to innovative problem-solving that accelerates the success of our employees, clients, and community.

To celebrate that diversity and shine a spotlight on the individuals behind the PSI brand, we will be sharing their stories throughout the upcoming year and beyond. We hope you enjoy getting to know the faces behind the names.

Tell us about your hobbies

I love to travel the world with my hubby. We like going to a different country one or two times a year. Love cooking for people and having a houseful of loved ones. And really enjoy working out and becoming stronger.

You’re happiest when?

I’m surrounded with my family and close friends feeding them.

People would be surprised if they knew…

How much I really enjoy down/alone time. Being in sales I’m always on the go, super talkative, and engaging… but man do I love down time. Give me four hours and Hallmark Christmas movies and I am beyond happy and content.

What attracted you to PSI?

I had the privilege of sitting on a board with Keith (our CEO) for several years before joining PSI. I was impressed by Keith’s level of care for the community and the history of PSI. When the opportunity came up, I jumped on board and have loved it. Almost 7 years and going strong!

How did you get into sales?

I actually never had a desire to be in sales. I studied Marketing and was always fascinated by the psyche of people. My dream was to be a corner office executive at an agency in NYC. But then a very close friend, Mike McBride, told me for years that I was looking in the wrong direction. He continually, and gently, made me open my eyes to a different side. Been over 15 years and I just love what I do.

What aspect of your role at PSI do you enjoy most?

I love developing relationships with our clients, contractors, and our internal PSI staff.

Always be willing to get uncomfortable. It is the only way you will grow. Whether that growth is in learning what NOT to do or by achieving success, either way it will only come from being uncomfortable.
